Viola E. Anderson made her final journey to be with the love of her life on November 3, 2018. She was born June 11, 1922 to Walter and Flora (Seewald) Borths in the Town of Grover. She attended the Wolfe and Evergreen schools in the Coleman-Peshtigo area. Vi worked at the Boreal Glove Factory for 10 years before marrying Dale A. Anderson on July 14, 1951 at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo. She currently was the oldest member of Zion Lutheran Church in Marinette. Vi enjoyed playing cards (card club), walking, spending time outdoors, time with family, friends and the dogs, shopping and going out to eat. Those fortunate enough to have met her knew how sweet, positive, and funny she was.
Vi was preceded in death by her husband Dale; two infant daughters, Susan and Sandra; her parents; step-father, Fred (Lydia and Esther) Buss; infant sister, Ardina; brother, Myron (Helen) Borths; step-sister, Betty (Al) Maertz; step-brothers, Willard (Marge) Buss and Eugene (Lucille) Buss.
She is survived by daughters, Pamela Anderson and Cindy (Scott) Marineau; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Special thank you to Dr.Karkkainen, Dr. Hamdan, Dr. Gomez, Dr. Mochizuki, BAMC, Augustana, Unity Hospice and all of their staff; to the family, friends, church staff and members who came to visit her.
