Obituary

Florence T. England passed away on June 22, 2019 at Bay Area Medical Center. She was born on June 22, 1930 to George and Anna (Trautner) Eggener in Marinette, Wisconsin. Florence graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in 1948.
Florence enjoyed traveling with her family, was an avid reader and loved to work jigsaw puzzles and word searches. She spent many enjoyable years living at Northland Village where she fed and watched birds, visited the garden and participated in many social activities there. All of her life she loved and cared for animals, including several cats and dogs.
Florence is survived by her children, David (Suzanne Shandonay), Kathy (Mike Prissel), Susan (Jim Stirniman), Patrick (Cheri), Joanne (Doug) Pospichal and Carol (Mike) Ouellette, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is further survived by sisters, Mary Anderson, Elaine Fuller, Doris Roeder, Dorothy Schwartz and Nancy (Gary) Whitman; and a brother, George Eggener, Jr., along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William; brothers, Donald, Jack and Jim; and sisters, Margaret and Helen.
Friends may call at Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home from 10 a.m. until 12 noon on Saturday, July 6, 2019. A memorial service will follow at noon with Deacon Jerome Thetreau officiating.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Deb, Katrin, Jennifer, Heather, Lou, Lori and Lacy who helped care for her while she lived at the Luther Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Marinette Rescue Squad of the Menominee Animal Shelter.
