Obituary

Carter James Alan Shea

Carter was born in Marinette, Wisconsin at the Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area on May 11, 2020 at 11:26 am. Carter was 6 pounds 15 ounces and 20 inches long at birth. Carter passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 11 pm at the same hospital he was born in. Carter is the son of Tiffany Gagnon and James Shea who waited for his birth with joyful expectation!
During his brief life on Earth, he enjoyed snuggling with his mom and dad, eating, and listening to music and snuggling with his babysitters, Deanna and Jaci Knight, at church on Sunday mornings! He was loved by all who met him, and he will be significantly missed. His mom described him as a hungry little man and misses his loud eating noises. His older sister, Avalanna, loved watching her little brother while he was in his swing and will miss him greatly!
Carter is survived by Tiffany Gagnon and James Shea, Avalanna Gagnon, and Cjay and Elliot Sommers.

A visitation will be held for Carter at North Shore Church (511 47th Ave, Menominee, MI 49858) on Friday, July 10th from 12 noon until 2 p.m. with a service to follow and conclude with a reception at the church. Memorial contributions may be sent to North Shore Church at 511 47th Ave, Menominee, MI 49858 and the Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home at 610 Marinette Ave, Marinette, WI 54143. Checks may be made out to North Shore Church with Tiffany Gagnon’s name in the memo.
