Mary A. Cook, 47, of Pasadena, California, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2010 due to cancer. She was surrounded by loved ones, and her spirit continues to shine in them. Born on October 5, 1962, Mary was raised in Lake Forest, Illinois and graduated from the University of Chicago. She created her own company and worked as a market researcher. Traveling, gardening and sailing were among her many passions. She is survived by her son, Oliver; her mother, Anne Taylor of Peshtigo; brothers, Garick (Cheryl) Davenport and Mark (Maria) Davenport; and her sister, Carol (Chase) Brand. A service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2010, in Hansen-Onion-Martell funeral home, Marinette, followed by burial at Peshtigo Riverside Cemetery, Peshtigo, Wis.
